Scan to BIM services in India, from measured reality to coordinated model.
Terrestrial LiDAR, registered point clouds, Revit modelling and as-built coordination for buildings and industrial assets across India.
Designed for the place.
Accountable to the decision.
Scan to BIM begins with the model decision: design coordination, renovation, facilities documentation, dimensional verification or deviation review. Required detail, tolerances and accessible geometry determine the capture and modelling plan.
Terrestrial laser scanners capture dense measured geometry from multiple stations. Registration, control, noise removal and coverage checks create the point-cloud reference. BIM specialists then model only the agreed disciplines and level of information need.
SurveyCopter connects site capture, point-cloud QA and model production under one accountable workflow. Deliveries are planned around project coordinates, Revit versions, naming standards, LOD/LOI expectations and acceptance zones rather than a vague promise of a digital twin.
Project delivery across commercial buildings, data centres, hospitals, campuses, industrial plants, heritage structures and infrastructure assets across India.
These are project-mobilisation areas, not unverified branch-office claims. Every engagement is scoped for the actual site, airspace, access, safety, accuracy, datum, deliverables and acceptance process.
Conditions that shape the method.
↳ Occlusion and access in operating buildings
↳ Registration to project coordinates and levels
↳ Clear LOD/LOI and modelling scope
↳ Controlling deviations, assumptions and inaccessible areas
Technology selected around evidence.
↳ Terrestrial LiDAR station planning and control
↳ Registered, cleaned and segmented point clouds
↳ Discipline-specific Revit model production
↳ Cloud-to-model checks and issue coordination
Deliverables that enter the workflow.
↳ E57, RCP/RCS, LAS/LAZ or project point clouds
↳ RVT/IFC models to agreed LOD and disciplines
↳ 2D plans, sections and reflected ceiling references
↳ Deviation maps, assumptions and coverage register
No universal centimetre promise.
Achievable accuracy depends on sensor, altitude, control, geometry, terrain, access and the intended output. SurveyCopter specifies the target for the project and reports it against independent checks where the method supports quantitative survey.
Raw imagery, control observations, processing records and accepted outputs remain traceable. Where vegetation, reflective surfaces, occlusion or operating restrictions affect completeness, those limitations are recorded with the delivery.
Bring the site.
We will define the evidence chain.
Share the location, area, site constraints, intended decision, coordinate reference, required outputs and programme. The response will separate assumptions from verified scope and identify where aerial, ground, LiDAR, thermal, BIM or platform methods belong.
